Description

DESCRIPTION
Prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of mouse lung elastin (EPC No. ME15) with mouse pancreatic elastase (EPC No. MS838). Residual elastase is removed by affinity chromatography on matrix-bound soy bean trypsin inhibitor. Peptides are dialyzed in 1000 MWCO tubing, passed through a sterile 0.2 micron filter then lyophilized.
The peptides are salt-free, soluble in water and biological buffers. Hygroscopic.
