Description

To use for coating microtiter plates for desmosine ELISA. Prepared by the method of Starcher (8) by coupling ovalbumen (egg albumen) with the coupling reagent EDC. Product is very soluble in water or buffers. Replaces product no. DA855, desmosine conjugated to albumen due to solubility problems. Each vial contains enough coating material to coat twenty 98 well plates. Recommended to dissolve in 1 ml water and dilute as necessary in coating buffer for the number of places required, store the remainder at 5°C.
