Description

From adult human skin. Prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of human skin Elastin (EPC No. GH421) with human sputum elastase (EPC No. SE563). Residual elastase is removed by affinity chromatography on agarose-DAPSA-aprotinin ( EPC No. AD925). The peptides are dialyzed in 500 MWCO tubing and lyophilized.
