Description

From adult human lung. Prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of human lung elastin ( EPC No. HS395) with human sputum elastase (EPC No. SE563). Residual elastase removed by affinity chromatography on agarose-DAPSA-aprotinin( EPC No. AD925).
The peptides are dialyzed in 1000 MWCO tubing and lyophilized.
