Description

From adult human aorta. Prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of human aortic elastin ( EPC No. SH476) with human sputum elastase EPC No. SE53). Residual elastase removed by affinity chromatography on agarose-DAPSA-aprotinin (EPC No. AD925).
The peptides are dialyzed in 1000 MWCO tubing and lyophilized.
Water soluble.
