SPECIFICATIONS.
Highly purified from bovine lung by ion-exchange chromatography then affinity chromatography on agarose trypsin. The preparation is a salt-free, lyophilized powder. Highly soluble, greater than 10mg per ml in water at 25°C.
MW 6,500.
Activity; 1 mg will inhibit 4 5- mg of 2X crystallized bovine trypsin.
